Getting to Know Boerma Instituut in Netherlands, school managed by Jacqueline Boerma, was an old dream of mine.
The feeling I had when I got there was that Boerma Instituut received me with open arms!
Jacqueline is an adorable person and hosted us with warmth.
The beauty and organization of the school are noticeable, and the most important thing is that the school has a structure which makes the student feel comfortable.
At Boerma, the focus is floral art.
Right at the school entrance, we saw a neat and pleasant section of all kinds of material for flower arrangements, as well as several books and magazines about floral segment.
If you want to buy books, accessories or the magazine “Special Bloemschikken” , don’t waste time.
Send an email to: email@example.com and purchase yours! It is great to give us ideas! In the 48Th edition, we can see an article about this school.
I have already ordered a book to deliver in Brazil. It arrived on time and in great condition. I didn’t have any problems and it was very fast.
The school is very interesting, there are two big classrooms and there’s a pleasant river seen by the terrace.
They have a complete and pleasant “Cafe’ Bar” called “Cafe’ de Mijnen” where we can find a great deal of albums, family tradition of more than 110 years in the Floral world.
Talking to and having some tea with Jacqueline is something worth doing. Set up an appointment and visit her. She will be thrilled to have you there!

In one of the classrooms, Jacqueline posted a world map on the wall with pins and each of these pins symbolizes a Boerma student.
And for us Brazilians, she posted a larger map!!! This was really nice!!!!
I introduced to her ETAF – Escola T’ecnica de Arte Floral, which I ‘m the director here in Brazil, and we spent a pleasant time together.
Jacqueline has invited us for the INTERNATIONAL FLORICULTURE TRADE FAIR which she will attend along with her school.
The fair will be at Expo Haarlemmermeer Vijfhuizen in Netherlands, on October 31st, 2012.
This event will be organized by HPP Worldwide. The goal is to show the newest products, services, and trends in this sector.
Boerma has a good structure to prepare students. I could see clearly how serious that place is. And now, it has also made part of my life.
Thank you so much Jacqueline Boerma for receiving me at your second home.
We from ETAF – Escola Tecnica de Arte Floral, wish you great success!!! We hope that the happiness and excitement of teaching never fade away and that we can always contribute and see the floral art bloom!!!
See you soon!
